    I, the undersigned, do hereby release, hold harmless, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Daytona Beach Archers, the membership, other participants, or the City of Port Orange from liability for any losses, damages or personal injuries incurred while on the surrounding restricted properties of the archery ranges, whether participating, competing, officiating, instructing, observing, working for, or any other purpose. I fully understand, acknowledge and agree that archery events are dangerous and involve risk of serious injury and/or death. This agreement is as broad and inclusive as permitted by state and federal laws.

    General Membership: $100.00 based on calendar year (January-December)

    Proration rates available - includes dues for remaining months plus next year - for following months:

    Sept: $136
    Oct: $127
    Nov: $118
    Dec: $109

    Payment Type

    (if applicant is under age 18 - parent/guardian must be on site with minor while on property)
